Do you view creativity as something messy, hard to explain,  difficult to control, filled with uncertainty and a lack of guaranteed results? Well in many ways you’re right! Let’s add rebellious, anti establishment and against the norm thinking.

But then, as you must concede – there’s the flip side.  if you’re enabling creativity you’re tapping into organisational and individual potential. You’ll  be allowing for the possibility of new returns and can set trends as opposed to reacting to them like victims of progress.

Don’t shy away from creativity just because it’s challenging. Find practical ways of building your innovation IQ and creative confidence by starting brainstorming. Sharpen your ability to think creatively and inspire others to do the same.
